With more than 35 years of experience in the property and casualty insurance industry, he brings a unique ability to bridge business needs with scalable technology.
Joe began his career with the Florida Insurance Department before moving into senior technology leadership roles at a Florida-based insurance carrier. He later co-founded BIPT, one of the first SaaS-based core insurance processing systems, helping pioneer modern platform-based solutions in the industry.
He has deep experience across insurance regulation, carrier operations, and technology strategy, and leverages this expertise to drive continuous innovation at Solstice.
Joe is a graduate of Florida State University.
