Jon leads marketing, co-leads flood insurance business development, and supports client operations and policy growth initiatives. He brings more than 30 years of experience delivering IT and business services across private and public-sector organizations, including over 20 years in the flood insurance industry, and currently serves on the National Flood Association’s (NFA) Board of Directors, where he chairs the Insurance Committee.
He has a proven track record of driving growth and scaling complex service organizations. Prior to joining Solstice, Jon served as Vice President of NFIP at Assurant, the second-largest Write Your Own (WYO) carrier in the program. He also led large-scale IT and business services organizations at Covansys/CSC, supporting clients including FEMA, major carriers, and government entities nationwide.
Jon is also a published business author and adjunct professor, teaching HR and management courses. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Science from Wright State University and an Executive MBA from The Ohio State University.
