Justin leads Business Development for homeowners and other P&C lines, supporting both new and existing clients through onboarding, technical guidance, and strategic policy growth initiatives. With more than 20+ years of experience in the property and casualty insurance industry, Justin brings a deep understanding of carrier operations and has consistently contributed to significant organizational expansion throughout his career. He has a proven ability to drive both top and bottom-line results, making him a trusted partner for clients and colleagues alike.
Before joining Solstice Innovations, Justin spent 14 years at American Integrity Insurance Group, where he held several key roles, including Vice President of Sales. In this position, he oversaw field and internal sales teams and agency management, playing a central role in advancing the company’s growth objectives. Most recently, he served as Regional Account Manager for the Southeast at LexisNexis Risk Solutions, where he helped expand the company’s data products and solutions within the insurance carrier market.
Justin earned his B.S. in Economics from the University of South Florida and holds the distinguished Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation, an achievement attained by fewer than 2% of P&C insurance professionals.
