Justin leads business development for homeowners and other P&C lines, supporting clients through onboarding, technical implementation, and strategic growth initiatives. With more than 20 years of experience in the property and casualty insurance industry, he brings deep operational knowledge and a strong track record of driving expansion.
Prior to joining Solstice, Justin spent 14 years at American Integrity Insurance Group, where he held several leadership roles, including Vice President of Sales, overseeing field and internal sales teams and agency management. Most recently, he served as Regional Account Manager for the Southeast at LexisNexis Risk Solutions, helping expand data-driven solutions within the insurance carrier market.
Justin holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of South Florida and has earned the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation, an achievement attained by fewer than 2% of P&C insurance professionals.
