Mike leads the architecture and development of the Equinox™ platform, bringing more than 30 years of experience building scalable, high-impact technology solutions across multiple industries, including over a decade in insurance.
He has led and grown engineering teams from early-stage startups to mature organizations, delivering innovative software platforms designed to solve complex operational challenges. Prior to joining Solstice, Mike served as CTO and co-founder of MILC Group, where he led development of IoT and mobile solutions for the agriculture industry. Earlier, he was a lead architect for the TorrentFlood™ platform.
Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics, with a minor in Mathematics, from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
